Just a follow up Raymond was amazing , My phone was fixed within the promised timeframe for the promised cost. Raymond communicated Through the entire process of the fix , highly recommended, In fact, I let my family know about Raymond services and when I picked up my phone after he fix it, I dropped off another tablet. Raymond did and amazing job and offered a very affordable and fair price. Helped me fix and clean my ps4 and I will 100% be coming back to help fix a lot of my other tech issues. Check him out if you need any console, laptop, phones overall any electronics and he's a great guy!

So far so good, met with the owner yesterday to drop of my phone (broken OLED), he provided me with a timeline, refused payment until fixed and will drop my phone off to me. Felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the interaction, will update when i get my phone back but i cant imagine a better experience. Called multiple stores to get this fixed however no one was willing to help or provide service on a Sunday night. Very Happy with my experience so far.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Took my nephews XBox there to be fixed .... he did a fantastic job!! I dropped it off at 12:30 pm today ... on a "Sunday" and I received a call in less that 3 hour .... that's outstanding!!! He was extremely polite, well mannered, kind and friendly and well beyond anyone that I've ever dealt with in the past ... hands down!! Very nice guy. He repaired my broken laptop hinge. He will explain the process how and when he can fix your laptop. He respond right away for any inquiry and questions. The price is very reasonable too. Im glad I had my laptop fixed by him.
